Among the Trees: Discovering Our True Nature at Pendle Hill, 9.13.25
I am thrilled to share that I will be leading an experiential nature-based program at Pendle Hill, a Quaker retreat center in Wallingford, PA on Saturday, September 13 from 2-4 pm.
"Among the Trees: Discovering Our True Nature" is designed to strengthen our connection to nature and build community as we mark the transition from summer to fall. In this two-hour outdoor workshop, we will be engaging with a variety of mindfulness practices to help us connect with our bodies, the environment, and each other.
All around us, the natural world is transitioning from summer to fall. Trees are beginning to change their colors and share their harvest of fruit and nuts. Cooler nights are accompanied by warm and sunny days. Now is the perfect time to slow down and reconnect with nature and ourselves.
Please join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, supportive sharing, and quiet reflection in the beautiful Pendle Hill arboretum. See you "Among the Trees"! 🌞 🌳 💚 🙏
