A Time to Grow: Tending the Garden of the Heart at Pendle Hill, 4.19.26

I am honored to be facilitating a mindfulness-in-nature program, A Time to Grow: Tending the Garden of the Heart at Pendle Hill on Sunday, April 19 from 1:00-4:00 pm.

Welcome spring and celebrate Earth Day in this three-hour outdoor “mini-retreat” amid the beauty and serenity of the Pendle Hill Arboretum. The spring season is a time of growth and expansion, an ideal time for creative expression, setting intentions, and building community.

Participants will be guided in mindful somatic practices to expand sensory awareness, engage in nature-inspired art and ritual, and gain insights through individual reflection and small group sharing and discussion.

Using the metaphor of gardening, we will explore questions such as: What do we wish to plant this season?  What do our gardens need to grow and flourish? How might we engage at the individual, interpersonal, and collective levels to bring our visions into the world?

You are warmly invited to join us for an afternoon of connection, inspiration, and renewal grounded in the spirit of nature.

➡️ Please register here, and share with anyone in your life who might benefit. 🌿🌸🙏
